The main goal of the project is to improve the efficiency and productivity of people in the production department. Achieving ever better results and being willing to become an industry leader by providing modern IT solutions which helps to gain a competitive advantage in the market. Implementation of the new technology will help achieve the best possible performance outcomes for the organization at an economically justifiable cost. The measurable effect of the activities carried out will be the implementation of digitization and the adjustment of the company's business model as a result of COVID 19 pandemic.
